Por eso se aprovechan de la gente q no tiene licencia y te dan un carro solo con pasaporte. It is the worst I’ve ever been treated by any car lot in Dallas. They my 09 Yukon for two months and they finally realize that the engine was after I had already to them (Gustavo sales man) No calls from them unless Icall to see progress. Even the they did not know anything say to me. I finally told the guy (Gustavo) just get me something else and he said they would be getting some more SUV’s in a week and he would call me and nothing till this day. March 29 2021 was last time I talked to them. Now I call he’s never available or not there.

Esta es la primera vez que obtengo un auto de un lote de autos. Por lo general, obtengo un auto en efectivo, pero Froy y Gustavo han sido muy amables y tiene uno de los mejores servicios al cliente allí. Básicamente hicimos un intercambio y salimos con un coche mejor que el que tenemos. Si alguien alguna vez necesita un cambio o un automóvil, le sugiero que vaya allí y pregunte por Gustavo o Alejandro. Realmente aprecio todo lo que hizo por nosotros hoy. These people followed us for being late on a payment they Almost ran us off the road pointed a gun at us and I had my two-year-old daughter in the car they hire people to follow us until you make a payment which I’ve only been late once and they still have someone follow me for being one day late after they have something under cover working I just haven’t figured it out yet but I will
