WHEN YOU ARE 2 DAYS LATE ON PAYMENT THEY DISABLE YOUR VEHICLE SO YOU CANNOT DRIVE IT. WHILE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE THEY DO NOT INFORM YOU REGARDING THE DISABLING OF THE VEHICLE. THEY INFORM YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE BUT LEAVE THAT DETAIL OUT. GO FIGURE....... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY RUDE! RIGHT NOW I AM INFORMING DMV INVESTIGATIONS AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIONS
