Another oil consumption test!
Pleasant and friendly. My Chevy Equinox had to have an oil consumption test. Now my 2020 Blazer! I?ve had Chevys almost all my life. If this doesn?t end well, it?ll be my last one. Oil lite came on and still 1,000 miles till next change.

Terrible!
Terrible! I told them I wanted the car. They said it needed serviced & detailed. Told me they would not sell it out from under me. Few days later I called and checked on car. He TEXTED me that it was sold on his day off!!! Next day I went to Indy, bought newer model, lower mileage. Better deal.

Double-check all paperwork
I was happy until after the fact.I opted out of all the extra warranty stuff but somehow they slid in 750$ for paint and interior protection.I was not told this was even an option.Their guy Cameron then got on the phone and was an xxx telling me stuff like “legally he doesn’t have to do anything”.Yeah that’s not how you get customers.I will never buy another vehicle from them again.I feel swindled.

6/12/2023 Equinox TLC
Cassie is the consultant who attended my check-in and handled my appointment. Very kind, professional and attentive. I liked that Cassie listened and made my experience worthwhile. I knew my Equinox needed some maintenance and Cassie stepped up and helped. I came in for brake check, front washer dispenser clog and a full multipoint inspection to make sure no other issues were found. My tires will need changed but due to the cost I am checking alternative options. My car was washed and the entire experience was completed in a little more than 3 hours. Checkin 10:33a - Depart 1:50p. All 4 brakes and rotors were changed and I felt the difference going home. A much needed improvement. Thank you to Cassie, the mechanic, Kim at checkout and the person who washed my car.

Asked twice for information on the car.
Asked twice for information on the car.. received 2 emails asking to make appointment.. then 4 days later received a phone call asking for appt.. If I had received the information I wanted I would have paid cash for car same day.. They lost a sale due to auto replies on email and they lost a customer due to whoever is in charge of social media replies being to busy to read a email.. btw.. the car I wanted is still for sale..

I went in and bought a used car today.
I went in and bought a used car today. Our salesperson, Brian Hart, was extremely professional and helpful in our car-buying experience. He made the entire process seamless and I would highly recommend paying him a visit if you're in the market for a car. As far as the dealership was concerned, it was very clean and free amenities were offered.

There was no negotiation on price, I give them
There was no negotiation on price, I give them everything they ask & our old truck was sold next day for their profit witch is ok , however I should get vip service for that “paying full price” store manager took our new truck home when we had planned on coming to buy it witch also was an issue truck was filthy with dent’s and dings not listed or discounted “bent bumper & dent I. Door “ that’s my honesty” also they had to ding our good credit 7 times unusually too much , unacceptable practice on the financial side
