I have been changing my own oil for 30 years and brought

I have been changing my own oil for 30 years and brought my truck in for the first time ever to have it changed at this dealership. I made an appointment for 7:30am to have it done. I am sitting here nearly 3 hours later still waiting for a rotation/oil change. I could have done it in my workshop in 30 minutes with a hand jack and simple tools. Not impressed

My initial discussion was with Dawson.

My initial discussion was with Dawson. We wanted to test drive a new 2026 Buick Enclave before ordering one. We ultimately wanted to see the interior and the exterior blue color offered. Dawson and Bill called me back to schedule an appointment when they had a new Enclave in that blue color on the lot that we could see. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions which led to us ordering a new 2026 Enclave with every option available. Overall, it was a good experience despite having to drive 70 minutes to get to the dealership.

The entire team was a delight to work with.

The entire team was a delight to work with. They listened to my needs without being too pushy and found the truck I wanted. Which wasn’t easy, there aren’t very many of them out there right now. Considering our circumstance, the entire staff could not

Considering our circumstance, the entire staff could not have made it any better. They were great! Especially Stephen, our salesman. He is fantastic and went beyond normal expectations. Thanks also for great service, from Shawn O. in the service department. Parts was great, and the paper signing process was simple and quick. Thanks for making our unplanned purchase a pleasant one.
