Lenny was a great service leader.
Lenny was a great service leader. His kindness and willingness to spend time with us so we would understand what services would be done and what is wrong with our car was very personalized and friendly. He is an asset to the service department and knowledgeable. He is one of the reasons we will return. The timely manner we also had all the service done was quick and not unreasonable for the things we needed to have done to our car.

Chris Townsend, our salesman at Ed Morse was great! We started a purchase over the phone with another dealership two days prior in Miami. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted and we had our hearts set on it. As the paperwork was being drawn up we were informed by the Miami dealership that there was an error and the vehicle somehow had already been sold. To our surprise, two days later I found the exact same vehicle listed by your salesman, your dealership was the purchaser. When I contacted your salesman Chris, he was friendly and courteous, he did everything possible to help us with the purchase. I continue to be amazed at the incredibly high level of service I always receive at Ed Morse Fiat. Lenny is always amazing in handling any issues I have on my 2016 Fiat 500X. Lenny got me scheduled for immediate service for a rear stop/turn signal light socket issue making it unsafe to drive my car. They immediately located and corrected the problem. This team is top notch!
