Lenny was a great service leader. His kindness and willingness to spend time with us so we would understand what services would be done and what is wrong with our car was very personalized and friendly. He is an asset to the service department and knowledgeable. He is one of the reasons we will return. The timely manner we also had all the service done was quick and not unreasonable for the things we needed to have done to our car.

The vehicle was exactly what we wanted and we had our hearts set on it. As the paperwork was being drawn up we were informed by the Miami dealership that there was an error and the vehicle somehow had already been sold. I continue to be amazed at the incredibly high level of service I always receive at Ed Morse Fiat. Lenny is always amazing in handling any issues I have on my 2016 Fiat 500X. Lenny got me scheduled for immediate service for a rear stop/turn signal light socket issue making it unsafe to drive my car. They immediately located and corrected the problem. This team is top notch!

Shawn and Anthony were great. No pressure sales at all. After about a month of looking I found the SUV with most of the options we wanted at their dealership online and made a deal over the phone. I had my own financing and a good down payment. They asked to see if they could do better on the financing than what I had. I finally gave in figuring what the xxxx it can’t hurt and what do you know…they saved me 1% on my APR. I know they made a little more on the back end due to this but they saved me money too so we were both happy. It also locked us into the vehicle so they held it for us which originally they said they could not do since the margins were so low and it’s a very popular SUV. They said if someone came in to buy it over the weekend they would sell it. My wife also could not drive up with me and they were able to complete the deal with her remotely and me in person. They gave us a great deal and we couldn’t be happier. I drove 2.5 hours from the east coast of FL and would definitely do it again. Very professional staff. I can’t speak highly enough of Shawn and Anthony. They made buying the most expensive car we’ve ever bought a great experience. They even had the gas tank topped off. Not many dealerships do that anymore. Awesome crew. Don’t hesitate to make a deal with them. Shawn and Anthony will make it a great experience.
