Service staff are very friendly and helpful.

Service staff are very friendly and helpful. I've gone in for about a half dozen services so far and each one has been great. James and Carolyn were both happy to answer any questions I had and got me in and out in no time at all. Will certainly be returning.

I had called for my 60k maint and was quoted about $750

I had called for my 60k maint and was quoted about $750 with the req’d belt change. When I got there, it was suddenly twice that amount. I protested and Carolyn was quick to step in and correct how it appeared on the screen. The rest of the appt went fine while I waited in the waiting area. The final price was even lower that quoted. The free car wash ticket was very nice too!

Wonderful buying process

I hate the whole process of buying a car! We visited Burlington Hyundai as one of many dealerships that day. We were greeted by Branden Visser. And from there the process was easy and painless. He narrowed down what we wanted , did a test drive and gave us a great package deal. There was no hard sell. I highly recommend Branden as an informed and easy salesman to work with.

Give Hyundai A Shot - You Won't Regret It!

I just had a great experience buying a new Hyundai Elantra GT from Richard Brennan at Burlington Hyundai! I thought I was a loyal Subaru customer until I explored the option of purchasing a Hyundai. The dealership and my salesman, Richard, made the otherwise stressful process of buying a new car hassle-free and affordable. You can't beat the warranty (10 years/100k miles) or incentives (4 free snow tires and money off for being a college grad) of purchasing a Hyundai. I was able to get a brand new car for the same price as a 3-year old Subaru with 40k miles on it. The interior and horsepower of the GT is better, to boot. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stepping into Burlington Hyundai to see what they have to offer!

Great Experience; the way car buying should be.

Car buying is typically not an enjoyable experience. But at Burlington Hyundai, the professional staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the experience was enjoyed. Granted, we did not buy the first day we went there, but the initial experience and their willingness to work with us was why we went back.

veloster happy

what a great experience, i saw the holiday deal that hyundai was advertising online and on tv so i thought what the heck i'll check it out. Well it was a good thing i did. I was contacted by liz costandi at burlington hyundai and i explained the importants of our budget(wife and i) and what i was looking for a payment and she started looking and found what i was looking for a veloster that i could afford:-) we sat down on sat(dec 20th) she said why don't you think about it for the weekend and come back on monday(the 22nd) so we did and decided it would fit in the budget and that it was a great deal.so with that Liz went to work and she talked to her manager and came back and told us we would have the car by the 24th:-) (oh forgot to mention that because of what i wanted there where only 3 in the new england area) but no problem for Liz & co at burlington hyundai. What a great experience, and what a great feeling to have that kind of service from a dealership. No pressure no hassle just great service. so LIZ thank you for a great experience and i'm sure we'll be back for future purchases.

The Best Customer Service Around!

Very pleased with my recent leasing experience at Burlington Hyundai. I visited a few dealerships and Burlington Hyundai had the best customer service and gave me the best deal out of all of them. Mike Salvaty was excellent to work with! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is car shopping.
