It was awesome Kelly was the best saleswoman ever she needs to be commended and compensated because to lose her would be the worse thing for your dealership. Rob was also great to work with and was very knowledgeable.

I made the drive to McDonald Chevy from Gaines, MI (1 hour+) because they had the pre-owned vehicle I had been searching for. When I arrived I had second thoughts about it.... but I had second thoughts ONLY because of the great selection of pre-owned vehicles on hand. I ended up having to fight off other customers that wanted the GREAT truck I ultimately bought. The great truck is only part of the experience though. I called late Wednesday night to check on availability of the first truck I mentioned. I was greeted by Mike Daniel who actually answered the phone after hours. I arrived Thursday afternoon and worked with Mike for hours. During those hours I felt NO pressure and made my purchase decision under pressure from my WIFE ONLY!!! :) I HIGHLY recommend McDonald Chevy and please ask for Mike Daniel.

I found Mike to be friendly and going WAY above & beyond (down right unreasonable!) the call of duty. He might sell used vehicles, however, he is definitely NOT a "used car salesman". I would trust him with my daughter. The only complaint I have with him is he sold me my 2013 Silverado at a VERY reasonable price instead of GIVING it to me!! LOL He bent over backwards to make sure I would get every discount possible, while he & the dealership are in business to make a profit, he chose not to attempt to pay off his yacht with me.
