Excellent customer service and non pushy salesmen. Steve Blankship let us shop for what we wanted and only offered his advice. He wasn't pushy and was straight forward and honest. Easiest salesmen I have ever dealt. Highly recommend him to anyone.

I could not have asked for a better experience with my first vehicle purchase of my own. From the moment I called John Lee Nissan, I spoke with receptionist Alexis Hinton and told her what I was looking for. She immediately connected me with Salesman Patrick Colbert, who began looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. The car was detailed, was certified pre-owned, received brand new tires and brakes, and was completely checked for excellence. Within 3 days, it was in my driveway. In the prior weeks to purchasing my car with John Lee Nissan, I had some not-so-good and even worse experiences with other car dealerships and salesmen who were less concerned with my needs. I don't remember when I have worked with a sales person who seemed more genuine than Patrick. If I didn't know better I would have thought he worked for me. Patrick let me take my time looking at cars, answered questions with complete confidence as was able to explain everything about the vehicles. I purchased from John Lee Nissan because I felt Patrick had my best interest in mind.

John Lee Nissan is definitely the best auto dealership in Panama City. Their customer service and Lifetime Warranty sets them apart from the competition. I have purchased three vehicles from them (Rogue, Titan XD, and Pathfinder) and I've been satisfied every single time. Everybody is great but I feel like I have to point out the great customer service that Patrick Colbert offers. He cares about the customer and he is always searching more ways to meet his customers' needs. Great dealership, great customer service, great vehicles. What more can you ask for?

We absolutely would recommend John Lee Nissan to family and friends. Everyone there is customer minded from management, financial, sales and service. Our salesperson, Patrick Colbert went above and beyond and took his time with us explaining all the special features of the cars. Justin, Steve and others in the service department are the best. We have always taken our cars to get serviced there (even if they are not Nissans.)

Went to John Lee Nissan yesterday after going to few other places looking for a new SUV for my wife. Was not really planning on buying anything but after walking the lot Patrick Colbert was able to show us a used Nissan Pathfinder that she fell in love with. Before we knew it thanks to Pat we drove away in her new car and have been incredibly happy. Great staff and service. Will definitely return and suggest John lee to my friends!!!!
