i purchased a vehicle from them and after I got home
i purchased a vehicle from them and after I got home saw my vehicle advertised on their webpage for $4000 less. I went back to the dealership asked for the advertised price and was told by Fred Bias the vehicle manager, I did not ask for the advertised price. Was told I did not purchase the vehicle online and could not get the advertised online price! The general manager told me the same thing. I had to ask for a copy of my window sticker and noticed $600 in add ons that were not on or in my vehicle. I called the GM and he told me I would have to speak with the salesman. I text Gary "DQ" salesman, and he said the items were in the trunk. He knows that is a lie! He opens the compartment when showing the vehicle and of course there were no cross rails in there, there is not even room for them in the compartment. They were all very friendly while making the deal but once you sign the contract you are nothing to them. They got what they wanted and they are over you. While I was at the dealership the used car manager Fred Bias found out I used to work at a Honda dealership and asked about an owner, Landon Wood. Then proceeded to tell me he wants to give him the xxx whooping his Dad never gave him. Not professional at ALL, they are dishonest and will not offer or honor sale prices and flat out lie about add ons to increase their profits! Beware! Crooks!!

Took car in for first oil change.
Took car in for first oil change. Wife sat there for 2 hours waiting on them. They repaired a recall while there but didn’t inform wife while she waited for 2 hours. She comes home with car and I notice oil under car next morning. After inspection the seen the oil drain plug was not even half way screwed in to the pan and therefore leaked out over a quart of oil on carport. They also left smeared oil on top of engine cover instead of cleaning their mess up. Luckily I caught the oil leak before we lost the engine.

I went to the dealer ship to purchase a vehicle not expecting to walk out with a brand new 2023. Notes are great and it didn't take a long process. Fred Bias did an excellent job getting me what I wanted. My salesman Robert Barber was also great. He made my process less stressful. Explained everything to me so I could understand and listen to what I want and need. He got me the right vehicle at the right price on the first go round. I would definitely recommend him and Interstate Hyundai when looking to purchase a vehicle

I had my vehicle here for some work. While there I had them change the oil. Two days later I started noticing oil under the car. I took the car to a mechanic and discovered that oil was leaking from the oil filter and drain plug. I have video evidence of this. I showed this video to the service department. The service department manager, who refused to talk to me, told the assistant service manager he refused to reimburse me the cost of the oil change. One star is one star too many in my rating. Warning!!! ⛔️⛔️⛔️ I have literally had my 2020 GMC Terrain for 1 week! I noticed I needed to put air in one of my tires a couple times. I just thought maybe the sensors were sensitive and the weather contributed to me needing to do it because the tires were good. I am now on a family trip in snowy weather and all of a sudden the tire goes almost completely flat. Take my vehicle to a tire shop and guess what!?!? They sold me an unsafe vehicle that has a bent rim on the inside of the tire!! I call and all they have to say is too bad you didn’t get the tire and rim covered in your extended warranty!!! This place only cares about money!! Not the safety of their customers or children!!! It’s one thing to replace a tire because of normal wear and tear…but its NOT ok to sell unsafe defected vehicles!!!! UPDATE..since I’ve been back from my family holiday… I’ve tried several times to talk to Kevin about how terrible his business is being run and he avoids my phone calls and won’t call me back! Ive even been up there and he wouldn’t see me. Once you sign the paperwork you are no longer treated like a customer. My experience was very uncomfortable too because Fred the sales manager literally took my phone out of my hand while I was talking to my insurance company and PRETENDED to be my husband and tell them what coverage I needed..to make sure my insurance was cheaper to ensure the sale!! When I got my phone back from him I told my insurance company to ignore what he said and that I wanted the same exact coverage that my trade in had!! What kind of business allows this behavior to even go on??? I did not give him permission to grab my phone and do that! ⭐️ I would like to give credit to the only person who made the sale happen and that was Adrienne barber. She was very professional! Thank you for making a very uncomfortable situation bearable. I do love my vehicle.
