Joe was great! Super knowledgeable and listened for exactly what we were looking for, and worked to make sure we found what we were looking for. Didn’t try to upsell or push for features we didn’t find value in, and landed in something that’s perfect for us.

For weeks, I received frequent calls and text messages from this dealership claiming they could put me into a Honda Odyssey at a specific monthly payment if I traded in my Honda Pilot. They made it seem like all I had to do was come in and the deal would be ready. When I finally spoke further with them, they told me they could even beat another dealership in the area and that the only factor left was how they appraised my vehicle. That sounded reasonable, so I decided to give them a chance. When I showed up, the quote they gave me was significantly higher — about $200 more per month than what they had promised. I was completely transparent about what I was looking for, but they were not. They kept insisting I should come in because they might be able to “appraise my trade-in for more,” but in reality, their calculations had multiple issues and they had no intention of honoring what they said on the phone. This dealership is misleading and wastes people’s time. They say more than they can actually deliver, leaving customers angry and frustrated. If you value honesty and transparency, don’t bother coming here.
