Great Experience!

All of the staff was extremely helpful and worked very hard to help me find a truck that fit my budget yet still exceeded all of my needs. Guy Rodgers and Anthony Porter were both very helpful along with Michael and the rest of Spitzer crew!! Thanks again!

Service??????????????????????????????????????????????///

On August 16, 2017 I made an offer on a 2006 Mustang G T which was accepted and was to pick up the car the next day after new tires where installed on the car. Waited all day for a call, to come in and pick up the car, no call so the next day I called and was told they where having trouble getting the car running right, and they would let me know when it was ready. After several more days and no information I went to the sale floor and was told that their was a problem getting oil to engine so after almost three weeks of this run around from Spitzer's sales people from the general manger on down I canceled the sale and noticed several days later that the car was for sale again. So if you also want a run around this would be your kind of place.

Steve , (and Joe), have been taking great care of us for almost 20 years! This is a dealership that actually cares about you. My last purchase began as a 2016 Silverado, late in the model year. The general manager could not deliver the specific vehicle at that time. Steve, without hesitation, ordered the exact truck in which so happened to be exactly what I wanted for early 2017. I was absolutely floored by his effort. He even offered me the deals which the new trucks had! I got a great deal with someone whom actually cares about me! No wonder this is about our tenth car with them! Yes, I'm satisfied.

Warranty Work

A leaky axle seal was found while having oil change with multicheck inspection. They ordered what they needed, set me up with a rental since they knew it was going to take most of the day. Like most people today, I am a very busy mom as well as business women a felt that my time was valued, which is very important to me. I felt the service I received was professional and outstanding. Thank you Spitzers for taking care of me and my family!

Positive Carbuying Experience

Jim was an excellent salesman. He listened to what our needs were and provided options.. Vehicle length was a concern due to the length of our garage. Jim provided vehicle options for us that might fit our garage. He was a personable and we had an excellent experience.

Great service!

Teamwork and friendly atmosphere were the best services offered throughout the sale which included, Nancy, the sales manager and the financial rep. Location is convenient too!

Sales team and it was a team.

I very much appreciated the fact that I did not feel pressured. When Joe was not present Nancy filled in perfectly. I now have a truck I am very satisfied with.
