I recently purchased a 2013 VW Convertible Bug from Gianna at Modern. Due to some family health emergencies my visits to the dealership were short and broken up. Gianna was patient and even drove to our home after business hours so that papers could be signed to make this dream a reality! Thanks to Gianna I finally have my dream car! It's only been 12 days so far, but I'm looking for a specific make, model & year. I've received two useful emails about maintenance and managing buying a used vehicle. The dealership has opened a net among its other dealers and has kept in contact with me. I'm optimistic about my difficult request being fulfilled. As someone who hates car shopping, this experience may have changed my mind! My daughter had done her research and knew exactly what she wanted and at what price point. We made an appointment with Gianna who was truly amazing to work with. There was no pressure, no back & forth with a manager which has been my typical experience. We had a 10:15 appointment, discussed our needs, did a test drive, walked through financing, got the car cleaned, insured, registered and drove off in a new car with a full tank of gas that same afternoon. Highly recommend Gianna and the team (Keith was also fantastic to work with!)
