FIRST lets just talk about the amount of beautiful cars they have available to choose from! Secondly, David! WOW! I have bought cars over my years being 42, I have NEVER had such a smooth, easy experience I had with David! From messages, emails to phone calls David WAS VERY ATTENTIVE - almost makes you feel like your the only customer in the world during the time your doing business with him! The financial TEAM- WOW! Dealership staff and Gianna were incredibly helpful and they didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't already there for. The process was very seamless and stress free. I was suprised how much less complicated it was than at other dealerships I've purchased cars from. Gianna even drove all the way up to NH to help me finish the paperwork for my car purchase. I'm very grateful to have found the car I wanted and am even more grateful dealerships this down to earth still exist!

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Convertible Bug from Gianna at Modern. Due to some family health emergencies my visits to the dealership were short and broken up. Gianna was patient and even drove to our home after business hours so that papers could be signed to make this dream a reality! Thanks to Gianna I finally have my dream car!
