We would go no other place when it comes to our

We would go no other place when it comes to our Hondas—except maybe for tires and car washes. Mark has been there for all our “adventures,” greeting us—eager to help. Yesterday we were stranded in the Dillon’s parking lot (frozen food in the trunk) and my Civic wouldn’t start (brake lock reading) and his suggestion about trying to jump start is something I would never have thought of. My husband finally found the jumper cables in the trunk (never used, BTW), though it took awhile for someone who knew us help us get back on the road. After unloading groceries, my husband took the car in to Honda, just before closing, to have the battery checked—then drove it on the highway to charge it up. Mark is ALWAYS on top of things! There was no charge.

Saturday morning.

Saturday morning. Just a replacement passenger sun visor installed. In and out in less than 30 minutes. The sun visor was correctly installed and is working.

Yesterday I picked up my third new Honda in the last 6 years from Sharp Honda. The entire process was smooth and problem-free. Josh White, our sales rep, was knowledgeable about the vehicles available, understanding of what we were looking for, easy to contact, and very customer-focused. Aaron Rahmeier walked us through the financial aspects of the trade-in and purchase process in a very professional, yet friendly manner. I believe our trade-in and purchase prices were fair.
