Yesterday I picked up my third new Honda in the last 6 years from Sharp Honda. The entire process was smooth and problem-free. Josh White, our sales rep, was knowledgeable about the vehicles available, understanding of what we were looking for, easy to contact, and very customer-focused. Aaron Rahmeier walked us through the financial aspects of the trade-in and purchase process in a very professional, yet friendly manner. I believe our trade-in and purchase prices were fair. SHARP HONDA IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, AND I’VE BEEN BUYING CARS FOR 55 YEARS!

I waited 2 hours for a simple tire repair.

I waited 2 hours for a simple tire repair. No updates on why it was taking so long. I asked service rep why it was taking so long and all I got was a shoulder shrug.

Hello Sharp Honda Person. What is the point of me scheduling an appointment for a service to be done. If I have to wait an hour and 45 minutes before the service even gets started? While I am glad that you're proud of your " this free complementary service." My time waiting for a simple repair has value to me. Your Rep should have let me know there was going to be an extended wait time. I was not informed of any delays. From a loyal customer of 22 years perspective. The service department looked pretty empty every time I checked. When I finally had to ask what the status was, I feel I deserved more than a shoulder shrug as to why I was still waiting an 1 and 45 minutes in. While I am hoping this experience is a "one off" I have always had very good customer service overall. You have my information. I do not know who to contact to speak to directly to about my review.

It was my first time to visit Sharp Honda and they were great. I had my 2025 Honda Accord in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mark and the other employees were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use their dealership in the future.
