I wish I could post photos here, but please go to Google Reviews where you can find them among the 1 star ratings. After replacing the oil pan on our Kia Sportage the Kia tech failed to tighten all the bolts on the covering shroud on the undercarriage; but more importantly, they under filled the engine by an entire quart of oil. The only reason we even checked the oil level is because the undercarriage had a lot of oil spray on it that they had not wiped off and we saw the loose bolt when cleaning it up, which made us check everything they had done. The service ticket was over $1,500 and they didn’t even clean up their own mess. It’s dangerous to leave a vehicle a full quart of oil low and it’s shocking Taylor Kia’s quality of work control is so poor that these two things could even happen. What makes it worse is that when we called the dealership to complain, the Service Rep, Ricky, could only explain why it wasn’t his fault and he didn’t understand the repair details. Wow, really helpful !! We will pursue this further with the Service Mgr, but the photos speak for themselves. If you have any other option on where to take your Kia for repairs, you should do so. If not, be sure to very carefully check everything they do, which sadly defeats the purpose of taking it to a dealer in the first place.

Was trying to get my My courtesy washed as a paying customer I have employees talking xxxx to me and telling me to do what my xxxx self and it was refused wash service manager ain't doing nothing about it and it's telling me I'm in the wrong. Hey Taylor, Kia Finley do a better job with your employees. Be nice to the customers. Whenever go back there again, I recommend to everyone else.

We had a terrible experience.
We had a terrible experience. They are utilizing price gouging practices. They marked up the car by over $6,000 over the manufacturers price for a new car. They didn’t tell us until after emptying our car contents from our car and refusing to answer questions on payments/price. I complained and was promised they would return the overage. We were put off several times and then finally yesterday we were told to come in to pick up a check. We rearranged our schedule to come to their office to pick up the check. Instead the business manager came into the office. He spoke to us sarcastically and rude. He belittled my husband. This has been one of the worst business experience of my life.

I know how important it is to show the customer how much you care in making sure your meeting their needs without being pushy. He listened and provided us a great car. Thanks

What a wonderful experience!
What a wonderful experience! We had "no thought of..." buying a new car, we were just going to look. We were overwhelmed with the respect that Jerry & Journey gave us throughout the experience. (7 hours... Lol) From test driving other models, to meeting the staff, to basically making us feel part of the Taylor Findlay family! This is our 3rd Kia Soul we have purchased with everyone being from this dealership. Our trade-in (2022) was a great ride with no problems in the near 3 years. They blew us away with the trade-in pricing and the end cost for a new 2024. There are so many new "bells & whistles" that we will have to learn, but we'll get there... Amazing also was on the way home we talked to our insurance company only to find out our insurance premium were less because of all the safety features that Kia now installs on their models! What a wonderful experience! We had "no thought of..." buying a new car, we were just going to look. We were overwhelmed with the respect that Jerry & Journey gave us throughout the experience. Taylor Kia is a joke selling used cars that says they are
Taylor Kia is a joke selling used cars that says they are new and there sales team are there for a paycheck they don't give a xxxx about you until you leave the lot with a car they sold! And I had a very bad experience with them but they don't have the xxxxx to call me back and make things right! Rich Taylor! You all need to follow up with your customers and satisfy there needs! How can you say you sold a brand new car with over a thousand miles? I don't think that is new! And the car was not a new car in the trunk and glove box and center console! Also light scratches on the outside of the vehicle! Which I now have to put out $350 which I ask you people to do but you have nobody that details! Well I know a bunch and all that I asked is to get reimbursed! FU! Taylor Kia! And please call me if you don't like this post which I doubt because you won't call me to get this resolved!

RYAN THE SERVICE GUY
i would never recommend buying a car from taylor kia. i’ve had nothing but issues with my car since i bought it only 3 months ago. i brought it into the dealership in findlay today to be looked at after it wouldn’t start for 15 minutes at the gas station and the service guy Ryan was so rude and unprofessional he had me bawling in front of my kids, i literally had to go into the bathroom bc i was hyperventilating. i don’t think in my whole 29 years of life has someone that’s supposed to be in a professional setting ever disrespected and degraded me that bad. like i woke up today and decided that my car i just bought 3 months ago wasn’t going to start 😡 i will say that the sales manager Rich is a nice guy and actually cares about trying to get you taken of. I guess it’s not his fault the cars they are selling are xxxx 🙄
