I am really pleased with the service and care that I received at US1 AUTOMAXX. I had read bad comments about the dealership so when my SUV had a over heating problem I did not know if they would service the problem. I called US1 AUTOMAXX they told me to bring the vehicle in and I was very impressed in how they assured me that they would take care of the problem. I received my vehicle back within a 2 day timeframe running good as new, and they even replenished my gas. I would recommend US 1 AUTOMAXX to anyone.

I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord in March from a gentleman by the name of Z. I could not be happier with my experience and vehicle. I did have a minor issue with the car after the purchase. To be honest nothing was wrong with the car before hand but after a few weeks I noticed air loss from my front drivers side tire. I took it back to the dealership to see if they could help. Z did not even hesitate, in fact he sat me down for lunch and sent one of his employees to fix my tire (turned out to be a nail). An hour later, and full stomach he sent me home with my tire fixed and a sense of old fashion customer service. Z and US-1 Auto Maxx really know how to take care of there customers and sell quality cars for a really competitive price. I highly recommend you go see Z, this area is full of small dealerships and US1AutoMaxx really stands above the rest.

I bought my first car from US 1 Automaxx, and I couldn't have asked for a better or more positive car-buying experience! The sales rep who had assisted me was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the car, and he patiently took his time to listen and answer my questions. I was very happy with the service and I highly recommend US 1 Automaxx to anyone that is interested in buying a car.

When I went searching for a car, I find US1 Automaxx. They met all my needs and worked with me to help hit my expectations. I would recommend anyone take a test drive with any of their cars. Purchased a vehicle from dealership and had it gone wrong soon as we were driving it home. Ends up the repair cost is over 6000.00 for the vehicle. Stay away from this dealership

According to the description on the 2003 BMW 530i A they advertised on their website, it stated the following under Additional Comments: The BMW 530 IA is an excellent value for the money. The ash tray is whistle clean because it has been smoke free since it was new. With a powerful 6 cyl engine under the hood, you will have plenty of umph to easily get up to speed when the situation calls for it. The flawless finish looks like it was just driven off the lot. The interior is spotless with no rips, stains, or blemishes of any kind. We have gone over THE MECHANICALS WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB AND CAN ASSURE YOU THAT EVERYTHING UNDER THE HOOD IS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. One thing that we can also assure you of and that is that pampered luxury is what this ride is all about. The cosmetics of the exterior will reveal some very minor scuffs and blems in the finish but only under close examination. All in all, it is a very clean looking ride. The interior shows only the slightest amount of wear and is in excellent overall condition. OUR INSPECTION OF THIS VEHICLE CONFIRMS THAT ALL MAJOR MECHANICALS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE AND READY TO GO. Within the hour of receiving the vehicle, the cars ABS Light, Brake Light and Service Engine Light came on. She notified the dealership within the hour for them to pick the vehicle up due to being unsafe to drive. They did not do it nor did they return any phone calls. Took vehicle to BMW Repairs shop and this is the total for all repairs needing to be done to the vehicle. The vehicle did not have an inspection done before my wife took ownership of the vehicle. The inspection sticker is set to expire 09/12. Failed VA Inspection - how they sent my wife off in the vehicle on August 25, 2012 Brake Disc - Vented - 193.24 Brake Pad Sensors - 17.62 Brake Pad Set - with shims - 77.71 225/55R16 tires (4) - 600.00 High Beam Headlighs - INOP - 90.00 ABS Brake System (INOP) - 450.00 Two Catalytic Converters (emissions) - 1723.28 O2 Sensors (4)- 710.48 Total for Failed VA Inspection - $3862.00 In addition, the vehicle has an engine leak that needs to be fixed. Not to mention the spark plugs need replaced along with a new key for the vehicle. First thing the repair shop informed my wife was the dealership let you leave with an unsafe vehicle that shouldn't been allowed on the road.

I have been visiting this dealership for the past few years, I have made a very good relationship with Mr. Zia. I have bought several cars from him and none of them ever had any issues whatsoever and he gives real good value for a quality buy! I definitely recommend this dealership because i have been having a great experience with the customer service and value from the start to present. Hopefully this helps anyone trying to buy a used car.

Me and my husband went to this dealer to purchase a dependable vehicle for our daughter. They sold us a car that needed some work that we didn't know about until we had purchased the vehicle and was driving back home with it. The timing belt broke and this messed up the engine. I would have respected these men more if they had been more up front and said the car needed some work. They just wanted our money because we were paying in cash. This is not a place you want to puchase a vehicle from. I would not ever suggest this dealership to anyone. I didn't do my research and read the reviews about this place because if I had I would have not purchased anything!! Terrible place.
