Bad experience there. No sale made. They seemed interested only in buyers who were quickie sale or last chance. Not helpful. Couldn't figure out why they... didn't want my money.
I saw a price online and when I went in, they jacked the price up by $2,000 with fees like the “document fee” which was $500 which is basically them making... copies of your paperwork.....ridiculous! Clearly a bait and switch scam they have going on there.
This was one of the worst buying experience of my life. First, they raised the price two thousand . Than they tried to rip me off proposing outrageous... financing, even anyway I told them I'll pay in full. Scam and dishonest.
I bought 4 cars so far from Foreign Auto imports Excellent service Very friendly and good collection I highly recommend this place And I’m sure my next... car will be from there too
I tried to contact to dealership several times about buying a car and asking the price about the specific model which i saw online, sales department employee... gave me so many different excuses and at the end of conversation they tried to charge 2000$ extra))))
we appreciate all feed back good or bad and we are sorry to hear that you had a less than perfect PHONE experience with our dealership , but in your c...ase the only warranty we can provide to our customers on a vehicle that old and that many miles is only a 30 days power-train warranty and if the customer wishes to get an extended warrant for two years they have to be charged for it since it does cost the company money to provide such warranties and we can not just give it a way for free, thank you for contacting us and if anything changes in the future please do not hesitate to call us ...thank you

The manager is a crook who thinks he can talk you out of your shirt. They took the car down and raised the price within 20 minutes of making the inquiry.... They salesman are every rude and will leave you with a sense of being taken advantage of even if no money is exchanged. They have a saleswoman that they only allow to speak to Spanish individuals and they verbally stated she know nothing and this is after they get you to submit your social security number. They will tell you that your approved and then try to persuade you that you have a barrier blocking your approval which is dealership fees. Great salesman are the best con artists, and they live up to the theory!
Came an hour away to purchase a car straight cash. The manager thought he was a hot shot. Let me ask you something, Would you rather make 13,000 straight... cash and sell or would you rather not sell because you may lose a couple thousand dollars from the listing price? You decide. Also very rude, the manager pulls out his phone while doing business with me. Once he did that, completely lost me and the deal. Stated he was in the car dealership business for ten years like that matters to me and stated he was in 4 dealerships within the ten. I see why he had to move from place to place. Rude and unprofessional in every way. Would not recommend. #1 Rule in Business, Don't Ever Disrespect the Customer because you never know what that customer can do for your business. Made the manager look like a joke in front of his employees. He definitely going to think twice before pulling out that phone again.
So here is my story, drove all the way from Long Island to buy a Toyota Camry 2018, the price mentioned above was confirmed over the phone and when i... asked about any other fee over phone they didn't mention it and it was not just one call,I called them 2 to 3 times to confirm, so when i got there in person they added an extra fee of 3K and that was not expected,if i had to pay all that why would i be coming to you guys, very unethical and the manager sitting over their had no professionalism at all, does not know how to speak and behave, not recommending anyone...
I bought a vehicle there and at 7 months the transmission was damaged, I went more than 5 times and they did not respond for the damage, the only solution... they gave me was to give them $ 5500 plus the vehicle to sell me another vehicle. The only thing that interests him is taking money from people.
