We drove to Mississippi from Arkansas to get a Mazda here. Their deals are simply unbeatable. I was nervous that once we would arrive something would change and that the deal was not going to be real, but when we got there they were wonderful to us and gave us exactly the deal we discussed by e-mail. No tricks. They are honest and hard-working people. The car buying process went very smoothly, and we were out of there in about an hour and on our way back home with our new vehicle. I can't thank them enough. I love my new car. I wish our local Mazda was as good and that their sales department cared as much about pleasing the customer.

Everyone at BC Hyundai was wonderful, especially Albert Thomas. He was friendly, familiar with what was on the lot that matched my need, and he answered every question easily and honestly. All the staff was helpful from sales to financing as well as the service dept. Buying from BC Hyundai was wonderful and I will recommend the dealership to all my friends.

Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and helpful, whether they were actually working on our trade or not. They gave us a fair price on our new Mazda 6 as well as our trade in. Joe Marshall is a fine upstanding business man. He knows what it takes to make you come back to see him the next time you are looking for a new vehicle. I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a new car. We will be buying a new vehicle for my husband in the next year, and this is where we plan to buy it! I haven't used the service department yet, but after talking with Alan Ezell(Service Manager), I am certain too that this will be a pleasant experience.

This dealership has excellent service after the sale! They have been excellent in prices for service of the car, and extremely helpful and friendly each time I have been back for any reason. I appreciated their willingness to help me find the right car for me.

Buying a car is not on my list of favorite things to do. Randy WIlson was exceptionally friendly and not pushy. Barnes Crossing gave us a very fair trade in price for our car and a good price on the Sonata that we purchased. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the market for a used or new auto. While I hope I don't have to buy a car again any time soon, it would not be a bad thing with them.

I had read many reviews about the new Hyundai's, but had...
I had read many reviews about the new Hyundai's, but had visited several lots where the vehicles had been marked up as much as $2,000 above sticker. I just didn't want to go to a dealership where I would be expected to pay over sticker price. I decided to stop by this week, "just to look" and before I left, I had traded vehicles. As a matter of fact, I had taken my son's auto to another dealership for service, and didn't even have my trade in. They traded with me "sight unsean" and gave me, what I believed to be, a super price. I was even introduced to the owner, who made the final offer on the trade. The offer was so good, I didn't even try to haggle over the price. I will certainly recommend Barnes Crossing Hyundai and Tim Tanner to all my friends. I've only had my new Sonata for one day, but really love it; I've been driving Honda's since 1999, and I don't think I will ever want another Honda after driving the Sonata.

Discrimination
I looked at a truck there and was given a certain price and asked if he could go lower. He said no. I had found it from the same dealership online for $2000 cheaper. If I'd been a MAN they probably wouldn't have tried to pull that stunt.

we bought an 07 vehicle and it needed some minor repairs. that was a month ago and the only thing service department says is it is on back order.we had a great experiance with the salesmen and finance dept. but, i would think twice before i buy another vehicle from them just because of lousy service
