Dedicated staff

Very caring staff helped me get into a vehicle although I didn't have the best credit or big down payment. Payment options were a huge help to me during that time.

Friendly Staff

The reason why I gave 4 stars is because I had to wait to test drive 2 different cars that were out on a "loan." Joe Washington was very patient with us, though. He gave great service! Will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

Why have an email link?

Not sure the point of an email link since my questions via email were responded to w/ requests for a phone chat...the phone number was on the ad, if I had wanted to discuss this w/ someone, I am perfectly capable of calling. I had multiple questions via email. Had those been answered to my satisfaction, I would likely have followed up w/ a call and a purchase of vehicle. As it is, I receive frequent emails requesting a "chat" requarding "new inventory that might fit my needs" that I delete as spam. if you are going to use email as a means of a consumer contacting you, then be willing to communicate via email.

Great car shopping experience

My salesperson, Ashley Parrish, was wonderful. I got a great deal and love my new SUV. The finance staff was awesome as well. The staff at the dealership ensured I got everything I needed.
