Looks like this place is notorious for there fabulous customer service.Looks like we will take our 20K somewhere else. Looking over the reviews I thought they may have gotten the hint.

Never followed up
Never attempted to follow up. It’s really a shame that dealership can’t be more accountable to their online reputation. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a car.

Avoid if you can!
Brad and I emailed back and forth for 3 days. I asked for some more pictures of a truck and if they looked ok I told him I would drive to Somerset PA from Richmond VA (4hrs 15mins) to buy the truck. About 100 miles out of Richmond, I get an email saying the truck has been sold. An email. I guess I wasn't worth a phone call. So unprofessional. Wasted 4 hours and 200 miles for nothing. I called Brad and he said "Sorry this happens all the time." More like, they screw people over all the time. Don't waste your time. Avoid dealing with this dealership at all costs.

As advertised, willing to work out issues
I recently purchased a 2004 Dodge SRT-4 and Brad was very helpful and responsive. He was completely honest about the car and its history and problems. I was traveling three hours to see the car so I certainly appreciated the honesty as I was able to drop the rental car (he followed me to the agency) and drive the SRT home. He was also willing to work with me and we were able to agree to what was a very fair price for the car. Aside from the dingy sales office, I would have to rate my experience as very good.

**HORRIBLE SALESMEN**BAD ATTITUDE**AVOID THIS DEAL
Very rude sales team who seem like they don't want to sell you a car. I drove in from out of town to look at a few cars they had for sale. It had snowed the day prior and they hadn't even cleaned the snow off any of their cars. They had just taken in a car on trade that needed a new engine and then it would be for sale the next week, I left my contact information and awaited a call back to come look at the car once it was done. After a week i called for an update and i was told in a very rude tone to call back the next day and ask for another salesman and then hung up. Needless to say, i took my business elsewhere and was treated much better and now i'm driving the car of my dreams :)

The car was just traded and needed a motor and we did get a motor but the engine we got for it had issues so it was another couple weeks until the company that we received the motor from was able to get us another one. It was completely out of our control. It wasn't offered for sale since it was in the back row. The customer just decide that is what he wanted when we got it done. Thanks, Brad

Terrys auto sale PA
terrible place to visit! Stay Away! They rip you off and have bad deals. Traveled 2 hours away to go see a car. Everything checks out the next morning, I tell them I got approved for the loan, for them to tell me they sold the car?? like really? did not we discuss the same car just yesterday? and you don't even call me to tell me you sold the car? really messed up....waste of my time and gas.

i live more than 6 hours away we did all communications by cell phone and emails . They were very fast, accurate and trust worthy. When i'm ready to buy another good quality used cari will check here again first! raquel virginia

great customer service
bought a nice used xtera from them. they had a good selection of nice used cars,and were more than willing to let us test drive lots of them to narrow our choices down.they were very helpful and gave good advice to help us choose the right car for us then gave us a great deal.we will shop there agian.
