Review for Gullo Mazda – January Experience I went to Gullo Mazda in January because I was told there would be great financing deals if I refinanced my car early. At the time, I had made several overpayments on my vehicle because I was working hard, going to school, and pregnant. My goal was to make sure I had enough money saved for maternity leave while still keeping up with my car payments. When I arrived, they did not offer me any incentives or a competitive interest rate. Instead, they gave me a terrible interest rate and Logan assured me that I would receive the money back from my overpayments so I could apply it toward my new payments. That never happened. Both Logan and the finance manager promised I would get my overpayment refunded, but it never came through. I still had to put money down, which makes no sense considering they told me the overpayments would cover it. It honestly feels like they took my money and lied to me, and this happened while I was pregnant — which makes it even more upsetting. To make matters worse, they removed my mother’s name from the lease even after telling me she didn’t need to do anything, which is against the law. And when I reached out for help, management did nothing to resolve the issue or support me in any way. Buyer beware. I will never purchase a vehicle from Gullo Mazda again, and I strongly recommend being cautious if you’re considering buying or refinancing here.

They don’t know how to treat a cash customer.

They don’t know how to treat a cash customer. Had an appointment booked at 3:00 and wasn’t seen until after 5:00. Was put in line behind 2 customers who were financing and did not have appointments. Connor initially delivered me the wrong vehicle and then had to have the right one prepped for delivery. I am a repeat customer at Gullo and sorry to say the customer service has really gone down hill. I am very disappointed in the service I received this time around.

I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk

I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk driving down. They had the best price out of the 10 dealerships that had the make/model/transmission/trim/colors I wanted. They worked with me almost entirely over email to get an out-the-door quote, and that's what I was charged when I got there. I asked them to get me out the door in 2.5 hours (no financing), and they were just barely able to do that. It was a good experience.

The best car buying experience I have ever had.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Practically seamless. Steve Garbs was the salesman I worked with and he was absolutely amazing. I definitely appreciated how straightforward he was and how hard he worked to dealership trade and get the color of vehicle I wanted. Mitch Ericson in finance was also great to work with. I love my new SUV but my experience buying from them alone makes me want to purchase from them again in the future. Thank you so much!!

Sergio Zamora, the manager, had an absolute horrible

Sergio Zamora, the manager, had an absolute horrible attitude towards us. He acts like he is doing a favor for you. This review goes beyond not coming to an agreement, as we understand an offer is not always possible. However, his attitude gives a lot to wish. He should be setting an example for the rest of the sellers being the manager. As his “best” seller, stated by him, Logan Kimberly Johnson, was completely rude and started selling to other customers instead.

I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at

I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at the front desk. While she was greeting Steve (a salesman) came out and greeted me as well. He listened to my vehicle interests and did not hesitate on showing me those models. I also want to thank the Mazda design engineers and their team who are responsible for creating the luxurious CX-90. Thanks for designing a premium luxurious vehicle while keeping customers in mind by it also being fuel efficient economy equipped too 😎❤️❤️💯. Thank GOD and I praise GOD for all of the wonderful Mazda team members. It's a great pleasure being a customer within the Mazda auto family 🙏🙏! Keep doing great and wonderful things Mazda 😀! P.S. I'm so thankful that Mazda finally made the decision to separate from Ford (nothing good came for Mazda with the partnership) and become independent again; and partner with Toyota as needed 😉!

My experience tonight was exceptional.

My experience tonight was exceptional. Martin was our salesman. He is a super nice gentleman who is soft spoken and courteous. He was on task and gave us space when needed without being asked. Not only a good salesman but a good man.

I came in with my son looking at a used Nissan and ended

I came in with my son looking at a used Nissan and ended up in a brand new Mazda CX-5! Martin was a wonderful salesman and hit this nail right on the head with us. He worked very well with us on our deal and everyone left pleased.
