Bought a used truck, it needed work, definitely needed
Bought a used truck, it needed work, definitely needed brakes, so they installed new brakes all around and I have no idea what else, the deal didn't exactly go smoothly as it should have either but I digress as I have gotten over that. Well yesterday while driving the passenger side rear wheel evacuated itself from the vehicle, broken lug studs from being over torqued when the brakes were installed. After a 2 hour walk in the mountains back to cell phone signal I was able to make a call for a tow, wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the tow to arrive, then pay the extortion rate of $640.00 to get my truck towed back home. I have put less than 3000 miles on the truck since I purchased it and I never messed with anything wheel and tire related so this one is on them. I'm now in need of a new rim and tire, brake rotor and all 24 new lug studs and lug nuts. Don't trust the technicians at this particular dealership, I'm lucky I'm not dead because of this place. I WILL be contacting them directly once Labor Day has passed.

I still don't have the title 2 mo later after my CASH
I still don't have the title 2 mo later after my CASH purchase because they filed it incorrectly. My "new tires" were the wrong size, couldn't get a hold of them on that. The "we owe" list of items that they said would be fixed? Can't get anyone to call me to even set up an appt for them. Left a message for the manager to call, still no one has followed up or responded. With travel for work and my elderly mom, who has constant time to keep hounding them to do their jobs? AWFUL

My first visit to this dealership. The staff got me in on time and the recalls on my truck were performed very quickly. Clay went over a few maintenance items with me and had me out the door and off to work in a flash.

They misled us on several issues,the warranty, and the
They misled us on several issues,the warranty, and the detailing was a joke. The carpet in the back was bunched up and couldn’t be fixed because the rear captains chair is defective on the passenger side. Our salesman won’t answer phone calls or emails .We were forced to buy a an expensive interior protection plan and some other plan and didn’t want it. Not sure if they are supposed to fix chips in the paint but there are at least 7. Currently, I have an appointment to have some issues addressed ,it might be ok
