All were accommodating and no pushy sales people. They were all professional and worked out everything down to the warrantee. I had Bradley who helped me and I felt no pressure during the process. No joke, if all dealers were like them, the car buying world would a better place.

I left BMW because I hated their Service, always felt ripped-off. I definitely do NOT feel that way about my Lexus dealer. The agents are always super nice, and getting a beautiful loaner car makes it very easy to arrange service. I feel the services are priced fairly. It's not cheap by any means, but it IS reasonable. And they don't magically find expensive things wrong every time. Sure occasionally there is a very expensive repair but that's the nature of the beast. I thought $300 to reattach my car handle was quite high, but the agent explained that the way it's designed they have to remove the door panel, etc. My question is "why would Lexus design it that way in the first place?" Should not have cost a dime to reattach a door handle that fell off. But my point is, that's not the dealer's fault. The place is always clean and has nice beverages and snacks.

We have found South County Lexus staff to always be friendly, responsive and helpful. In fact, when we purchased our second Lexus, we decided on Lexus again partly because of our positive experiences with their excellent service department with our first Lexus. We highly recommend South County Lexus..
