Customer Care

Was waiting on a car to been returned from service and detailed. Was told that I would receive a call when car was returned. Supposedly the car was sold while being detailed, never received a courtesy call .

Buick Envision premium 11

We just came in looking at used cars and will be leaving with a 2017 Buick Envision with low mileage and all the perks. Our salesman, Paul Bernard, was amazing. He was very professional and helpful. He treated me like he would treat his mother and I felt very comfortable. He did show us both new and used vehicles and did not pressure us. We took 3-4 cars out for a test drive He explained the advantage of both new and used. When we told him our price range he steered us in the right direction. There was an issue with the back door handle and he has it in the shop getting fixed right now. We talked warranty and extended warranty and will be meeting this week on this. I have always had Fords, but am looking forward to my Buick in my retirement, Go Fox Buick, go Paul Bernard.

Poor service

Waited there for over an hour and a half just to be told its going to be alot longer. Estimate was 45 min. They have done this to me so many times before. I'm sooooo done with that place

Excellent customer care.

Worked with Kyle Slagell on our new Buick. He was a pleasure to work with. The whole team at Fox is customer friendly. This is the third vehicle Bette and I have purchased from Fox. They go the extra mile for all their customers.

Used car shopping

I've recently bought a used car, Honda CRV, the process seems easy and they have been very responsive so far. I was able to quickly schedule a test drive and asked them a few questions on the spot and some later, and was able to get clear answers.

inflated price

went to check on a used Toyota Tundra they had in the pre owned lot. after finding the beginnings of a serious rust problem. i told the sales rep i would check out the cost for repair and may or may not be back to talk about the truck again. when i got back from looking at the vehicle, looked it up on line to show someone what i was looking at and the price went from $17335 to $19500 in the 30 mins i had left the dealer. i sent an email to their pre salesperson i was communicating with telling her i would no longer make an offer or be back to look at anything on their lot. i later recd a text and v mail from the gen mgr asking for me to call him so he could explain why they raised he price $2200 in a matter of minutes. NO THANKS
