The Lincoln Aviator was in competition with several other options; Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, etc. I wanted the most tech advanced, luxurious, high performance vehicle on the market. The more I looked the more dealerships, sales agents, sales managers and business owners I met. While the Aviator's performance and features topped all other vehicles, Jim Valesky, Mr. Michael Klaben (store owner), his staff and service department exceeded my expectations; far exceeding the trust and faith I felt working with any other dealership. We are Lovin our purchase decision and we are Lovin our new family members; The Klaben Family!

The man at the service desk the last couple times were not very welcoming they don’t even look at you to acknowledge you when you get there I never have a problem with any of the service done I tried one time to get my car brought up to my work but they said they were too busy
