Amazing experience with Mike Urbania

This was my first time getting a new car and Mike was wonderful with helping me. After discussing what I was looking for Mike was able to quickly find what I wanted and what all I needed to make a good decision on a car. Going into a dealership can be overwhelming and nerve wrecking but Mike made me feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed.After we discussed all that I was getting I felt confident in my choice not only in the car that I picked out but also choosing Klaben. I plan to happily encourage others who are looking for a car to come to Klaben and talk to Mike. It was a great experience and I look forward to my time dealing with Klaben Ford and Mike Urbania.

Thank you Mike Urbania

This was my third purchase from Klabin Ford of Warren. Every time I have visited I got to worked with Mike Urbania. This time was a very unique situation and Mike was very accommodating. Mike came up with a great solution and worked really hard to fix the issue. I am very greatful for Mike working so hard for my situation. Mike has a very positive professional attitude. This time I did a lease so I will be back in 3 years to update my lease and to work Mike again . Mike is very personable, anyone would enjoy working with Mike.

Amanda made my car buying expereince very easy and enjoyable

I bought a 2015 F150 on 12/31/15, Amanda made this transaction very easy and enjoyable, she went to great lengths to make sure my every question was answered. The staff at the dealership were organized and made this a quick and painless process.

Great to work with professionals

We worked with Jim Valesky during our process of purchasing a F150.He was very helpful from the start, with answers to my phone calls,to undivided attention during our three visits.He was very professional, and knew the products well,right down to the hands on demonstrations.

The value of a sales rep

I bought my previous Ford F-150 in February of 2003. Thirteen years later, I finally decided it was time to trade in for a new one. After spending weeks looking all over a three state area on websites, I narrowed my search to three dealerships. One had me drive over an hour only to find out the truck I had picked was sold before it was put on the web site. The other insulted me with their offer on my trade in. Finally, I met Jim Valesky, a sales rep for Klaben Ford of Warren. Jim went above and beyond to get me a great deal, good financing, and he put me in an F-150 that had all the extras I wanted and spent the time with me to make sure I knew how to use them. My wife will be looking for a new Ford soon and I guarantee, we will be back at Klaben to see Jim when she is ready tu start looking. Thanks for great customer service.
