This was my first time getting a new car and Mike was wonderful with helping me. After discussing what I was looking for Mike was able to quickly find what I wanted and what all I needed to make a good decision on a car. Going into a dealership can be overwhelming and nerve wrecking but Mike made me feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed.After we discussed all that I was getting I felt confident in my choice not only in the car that I picked out but also choosing Klaben. This was my third purchase from Klabin Ford of Warren. Every time I have visited I got to worked with Mike Urbania. This time was a very unique situation and Mike was very accommodating. Mike came up with a great solution and worked really hard to fix the issue. I am very greatful for Mike working so hard for my situation. Mike has a very positive professional attitude.
