Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren

I had not bought a car in years. I went to several other dealerships trying to decide what to purchase. Once I made my mind up on a Lincoln, car vs SUV, Klaben was my choice. Jim V was also my choice for salesperson. Jim took the time to explain the features, what the dealerships offers in terms of service and answered my questions. Once the sale was made, Natalie took the time to explain everything in detail to complete the sale. It was a great to see a nice selection between the MKZ and Continental. Sales rep Jim V. was helpful and knowledgeable and my Continental Reserve was a nice choice.
