I was in a bind…broke down and from out of town .

I was in a bind…broke down and from out of town .. It was a recalled part and they had me in -fixed my car and had me on my way!!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Took my car for an inspection and oil change.

Took my car for an inspection and oil change. The team spilt oil in my engine bay. Had to have a loner car for two days. Still have an oil smell when I drive it. The service team did take care of the oil change fee and put gas in my car since they had to drive it to burn off the oil.

I called Cochran in North Huntingdon ask about a warranty

I called Cochran in North Huntingdon ask about a warranty if they cover for a Subaru that l had 3 days before it expired , they yes. They connected me with someone else, I asked the same question they said hold on. Another gentleman answered said his name was Nino told me to come tomorrow morning at 7:30 I sad perfect thanks.Thinking I was at the right dealership , they said no one by that name works here. They said I may have called Kenny Ross Subaru I said maybe I did ,so went to them. They said no one here by that name. Now I’m really confused. So that gentleman called for me to see if it was cochran in monroville. He said yes that’s where you have an appointment . You would have thought someone would have told me that they transferred my call to Monroville in stead I was on a wild goose chase for over an hour. All I’m saying is maybe your team can use a little more communication with the customer, it would have saved a lot of time and aggravation.
