During my recent visit, I noticed several areas where the customer experience could be improved. I knew that the work required 3 to 4 hours to complete, so I came prepared with my laptop to do work. When I booked my appointment, I also requested car detailing. I was told that I would be contacted in advance to have that added. That never happened. The customer service area only offers sofas; there are no countertops or electrical charging stations, which makes it inconvenient for customers who may need to work or charge their devices while waiting. Additionally, the coffee machine appeared to be poorly maintained and had not been cleaned in quite some time, which raises concerns about hygiene. The interaction with staff was also disappointing. The receptionist/cashier was not communicative, and the service technician provided no explanation of the completed work. When I asked the cashier for clarification about the 10% on the maintenance work, I was directed back to the technician rather than being offered assistance. With my lease ending in a year, these issues weigh heavily on my decision about whether to purchase my next EV from your dealership. Based on this experience, I am leaning toward exploring other options.

My technician and service advisor seem to try extremely hard to identify the problem that I described to them. Unfortunately, they were not able to identify it, but they checked on what was probably everything that might be the problem.

People are friendly and courteous.
People are friendly and courteous. The waiting area in the service department is comfortable and clean as it’s the Restroom. My only complaint about the waiting area is that it is always very cold! No need to have to wear a coat in the middle of summer.

Thank you for everything. Sam was more than helpful courteous and worked hard to give me the best price on my service and other advantages provided by Kia for longtime Kia customers. Thank you Sam. I highly recommend to look for Sam as your Service Advisor. I certainly will the next time I go in.

I waited for over 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. No one told me how the rest of the car was performing or if it needed anything else. What was included in the inspection? I asked about the door not closing properly and they said that would take another hour. I didn't want to waste 3 hours of my time.The car is brand new. You should take care of things like that. Car is under warranty. Why don't you have loaners or free transportation?

Service was probably performed competently. Came in for recommended first oil change, advising that I would be waiting onsite. Waited two hours for oil change & required tire pressure check to be completed, which was unacceptable, given that I had made an appointment in advance.
