It was discovered the windshield washer pump was leaking. A pump was ordered, replaced a few days later and I was happy with the work. The Sportage was covered under the KIA Warranty.

Please think twice if you are planning or wanting to buy a car with Kia Victoria or their new location. I'm currently living in Humble, Tx (2 hours away). It's been 12 years since I've purchased a vehicle on my own, 3 months ago I decided I would purchase my vehicle with them seeing as a friend referred them. In the beginning everything was great and the sales associate was attentive to try to get earn my business. One of the few things that I asked was to have my new car equipped with a backup camera. ALEX COOK assured me that if all it took was a backup camera to earn my business then it was a done deal. The day came when the vehicle was dropped off and I noticed there was no backup camera installed. I spoke with the sales manager JAKE HARVIS (TAMI ORTIZ is a witness) of the promise that Alex had made. I've tried to call numerous times and I'm being told that Alex is no longer employed at that location. I have also called to inquire about my license plates seeing as my paper plates are about to expire and I cannot get anyone to give me an answer or return my call. I've tried to speak with the general manager but there's always an excuse as to why he can't come to the phone. They're quick to take my down payment and my cash but aren't quick to resolve their end of the bargain. This dealership did not pressure me to buy a car in any way. The deal was made very quickly, and they did work to get me the payment I wanted. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. It's usually very stressful with pushy salesmen.

Recently my car got totaled, and Victory Kia helped get me up and going in a new Niro in no time. Really helpful staff.

We can't say enough good things about our experience at Victory Kia in Victoria TX. When I can walk into a dealership and within two hours be ready to sign paperwork, not only am I pleased but very impressed. I told Rudy Guerrero that I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole process. Not only was Mr. Guerrero personable and helpful but very professional as well. We have purchased many new vehicles over the years...... this has been the the smoothest and least painful of all. Hats off to Victory Kia and all the folks involved in our deal.
