Once again Porsche of Fort Myers exceeds expectations. My 2022 Taycan experienced a. software issue and had to be towed to the dealership. The car was picked up the same day (Friday) and when it got to the dealership Eddie in service called me right away to get my description of what happened. He then made sure to get a technician to analyze there problem, do a complete re-program of the PCM including the charging functions and took care of a couple more minor recall issues. Because the car was going to be there for a couple of days a replacement courtesy car was offered which I did not require. Once the reprogramming was done and test drives confirmed all was good, Louis Palmieri the Sales general manager had the vehicle detailed and then delivered to my home. From reception to sales and to service , Porsche of Fort Myers is nothing short of a 5 star top-shelf experience with the ultimate customer satisfaction their number one priority.
