Happy with my new car

I bought a new Buick Verano but it had some miles on it from being used as a test car. We negotiated on a price that I felt was very fair and quite a bit lower than the asking price. They were eager to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I am. The salesman (Jerimiah) was down to Earth and made me feel comfortable throughout the negotiation process.

Great experience at Woodhouse Chevrolet

Always like to deal with Marco at Woodhouse Chevrolet in Missouri Valley. He treats us with respect and a smile! They also don't leave you in the 'little room' longer than necessary and they NEVER keep your keys! :)

Guess they don't want a customer?

I contacted them through this website first, no response. Contacted them through their website next, Got a very generic response. Responded with what I was wanting and never heard anything back. 2 wreks later, still no response. I guess dont use the website and their customer service may be better?

Good Experience.

I bought a new Chevy Silverado at this dealership. It was a great process and our sales representative James Driver was extremely helpful. I had my little daughter with me and they were extremely helpful and even played with her while I finished the financing part of purchasing this vehicle. Todd from financing was also very helpful in explaining the entire process and monthly payments clearly and concisely. The only mildly negative comment would be the follow through after the purchase of the vehicle. I had a hard time getting in touch with the sales representative afterwards but this may have been due to other obligations.

Have my vehicle serviced

Not to pleased with my service there, washed my vehicle after the oil change and after the wash went through the mud and got my vehicle all muddy on the driver's side.

Great customer service

Sam in the Service Dept. was very helpful in explaining the work that was being done on my car. Also it was completed in a timely manner. Jake, the salesman that sold my car to me, was also very helpful. They gave me a nice loaner car to use while my car was being repaired and they found some good warranties for me. Thank you, Woodhouse!
