I had appt for oil change but it still took 2 hrs.

I had appt for oil change but it still took 2 hrs. Service Manager explained that they do put appts ahead of walk in customers but they were behind because they have several new techs who are not familiar with the location so they are not at their best speed yet. I was satisfied with his explanation, and will continue to take my car to them.

Fair customer service but prices are way too high when

Fair customer service but prices are way too high when compared to close by dealers. I will definitely consider driving somewhere else for services. Also, waiting time was too long, they tell you almost done or done but they still take forever to check you out.
