My experience at MINI San Diego was, in short, one of the best I’ve ever had. The whole team in the service department truly cares — you can feel it in how easy they make everything. Rich, the general manager, took a really difficult situation with my car and turned it into the best experience I’ve ever had. I even had a new car delivered to me by the end of the day! I love my new MINI, and after this level of care and ease, I’ll always buy from MINI.”

Response was great... communication was good, overall, great interaction. Although I did not purchase a mini from them, we've already laid down the ground. Navid and Elle were great and professional... continuously followed up and met all my requests. will keep them on my shortlist of dealerships I will consider purchasing from.
