Avoid this dealership at all costs. The Service Manager David D'Ambrosio and his Service Advisor Marcella Nelson are unprofessional to say the least. The big lesson learned about Hoover is that they disassociate themselves from representing Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep when something goes wrong. If your vehicle was serviced by any other dealer than Hoover they will not back the other dealer's work even though their building sports the logos of Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep on the building. 84 days and counting since I've seen my 2021 Ram.
