I just want to start off by saying the facility is very clean, the staff there are very friendly, helpful. The prices are great everything was excellent I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 especially if you have a Chevrolet model car they are a great place the best person to ask for is Mike Constantine. great guy awesome awesome staff member he made the process super easy, no stressful it was a great experience.

I purchased a 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona from George
I purchased a 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona from George Moore Chevrolet and absolutely hated the vehicle. Yes it was very fast but that was all it had going for it. The interior was shoddy at best and when I removed the dealer sticker the paint came of the car. I called the dealership to let them know of my disappointment and desire to return the vehicle on the second day with less than 150 miles on it and was told nope not our policy. I spoke with Will Locklear and as he argued with me over why I should keep the car I finally asked if it could be returned and was told no, again. I left a 1 star review on google and was just going to sit back and enjoy the Charger. However, I got a call from him the next day asking what could be done to remove that and I simply said take the car back. Well they did. I went back to the dealership and my wife and I walked around looking and after driving a few cars found the right one to replace the Charger. So we are given the vehicle for an extended test drive and we go to lunch and discuss and agree this is the right car. Here is why my 5 star review is still a 1 star review and I will never go to George Moore Chevrolet again. I am not upset at it taking 3 hours to get through the paperwork and things. I am upset that when I asked the sales man Glen about a second key fob he told me new cars do not come with two key fobs. Really? I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade in January and we traded that vehicle in for a Honda Prologue in August and both had 2 key fobs. I get it if you don't have the second one, that is fine but don't lie to my face and make stuff up. Second one he did was tell me he has had a Genesis since 1999. Really? You have had a car since 1999 from a brand that was just started in 2015. At this point all I wanted to do was leave but I was stuck. We finally got through finance and about to drive away only to find that vehicle was almost out of gas. I get it, its a used car but for a dealership that has I would guess 3 million dollars worth of new Corvettes just sitting everywhere they might have 50 bucks to fill up the gas tank. And lastly we didn't realize until we got home that they also did not include the Costco car program discount of $750.00 that they said would be included with the purchase. After all of this I am out over a thousand dollars in discount and out of pocket cost to get a second key fob so I can reprogram that fingerprint reader in the car. I personally will never go to this dealership again.

I dropped my truck off at 11:30 with an appointment for
I dropped my truck off at 11:30 with an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, there was also a piece on the cowling that needed to be reconnected ( this is the second tine needing this done) I called twice and was told it’s being washed then the crawling was being repaired and final at 4:30 they contacted me that the truck was ready. When I picked it up it hadn’t been washed but I wasn’t about to worry about it at that point.
