Deals hunter

Great buy. I am a natural deals hunter... Tax season is over. Dealers take any reasonable offers. Mine was less than reasonable. Paid cash and left. It was a smooth sale with no pressure or haggling. Thanks quality :) Great place for cheaper imports.

Can't beat that...

It was honestly an outstanding experience. visited this dealership for a deal, but ended for a steal. The car I went there for was sold, but came across a much better deal. Very straightforward salesman... Will surely go back.

A joke

Bought a used car from dealer. Was told no major issues, and 'check engine' indicator was in error. Was told timing belt had been replaced, but nothing regarding that the water pump also needs to be replaced in such a circumstance (info from autos make dealership and 2 other trusted technicians). Eventual repair cost over 1000$, and told they have no responcibility after 48 hours of sale.

Outstanding service!!

I went to Quality Motors Wednesday to purchase a used car. They were very helpful in hurrying the buying process along to accompany my needs. The car I purchased is in outstanding condition for a very affordable price, not to mention the brand new parts they put in it. I bought an 03 eclipse and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Good used car lot

Was able to get a good deal on a used car from this dealer. The salesman was very easy to work with, and gave me space when I needed it. Overall great place to get a good used vehical.

Don't do Business Here

Very shady dealer. I purchased a car from them and bought the extended warranty. They sent the wrong mileage to the warranty company, which is creating a lot of hassles for me. I can't get my car fixed that I've had less than a month. The sun roof doesn't work, there is a problem with the front-end suspension, and to top it all of, the fuel pump may be going out. No service department can fix the fuel issue that is covered under the warranty because the mileage is wrong, and the dealer I purchased the car from refuses to fix the mileage. They say it is my fault, even though he admits to giving me "extra" miles. They have a very poor mechanic that can't even fix basic problems on cars. I would never recommend anybody purchase a car from this shady dealer.

We are very sorry to hear about this, we wish we could help you more than we already did. We cut you the deal the way you wanted it, and tried hard to make you happy. You were FULLY aware about the sunroof problem, and your mileage was 100% accurate. The warranty you purchased was from a third party and THEY have to be accurate at this point because they are mileage based. Yet, we helped on our end, faxed the right paperwork, your warranty was honored and your vehicle was serviced according to the terms and we have a copy of the receipt. Now, I do not know where the shady part comes from. Your main problem seemed to have started with the warranty company, and we helped fixing it, yet, you decided to put your frustration on us. Please be more objective in your comments, and we are still here to help nonetheless. Do not hesitate to call us for more reasonable help. Thanks Quality Motors
