I was in the market for a truck that was out of my area that would be rust free. I live in Wisconsin and the amount of road salt used in the winter months causes havoc on vehicles. I ran across an add on cars.com from QC motors that looked like what I was looking for so I gave them a call to get better details as I was 675 miles away and stopping by for a look was not an option. I spoke with Mike and he gave me the run down on the truck. It sounded good but I expected that from anyone trying to sell a vehicle. I decided to make the trip for the purchase. The vehicle was as described and actually was better than expected. Mike was very helpful through the hole process and made the purchase pain free. I would not have any problem making the 675 mile trip again to purchase another vehicle from mike at QC motors and probably will. THANK YOU MIKE!!

This was the best experience i've ever had buying a vehicle. Mike is the most honest person in town that is selling cars, prices are great, and had a really decent selection. QC Motors just earned a forever customer. I'm recommending them to everyone i know. QC Motors is a very enjoyable place to be when in the market for a used vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles from QC and every single time the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected. Mr. Willis (the owner) is very honest and tells you everything up front. He shatters the stereotype of the average used car dealer/salesman with his honesty and genuine concern for your car needs. I have been very satisfied each time I have visited and will continue purchasing my vehicles from QC Motors.

We drove from Benton to purchase a vehicle that our son found online. Mike was very helpful and we were very pleased with what we found, checked the car over, bought it and drove back to Benton. The next day the vehicle started having mechanical problems, we called him and told him about the issues and how much it was going to cost to be fixed, he drove to Benton and picked up the vehicle and gave us our money back (even though we had signed "as is, no warranty"). To us, that was huge, he did not have to take the vehicle back but that speaks volumes to the integrity that this man has. We highly recommend buying from QC Motors and Mike!!

My Spouse and I had recently relocated to Fayetteville when our car gave out. After meeting Mike I felt certain we had arrived at the right place to find a replacement. He was helpful in locating the kind of car we were looking for in the right price range with adequate financing. He is knowledgeable as a mechanic, and was able to address and fix everything needed to insure we had reliable transportation. We heartily recommend this dealer, and still enjoy stopping by if we need advice or information.

I was looking for a good used car, but dreading the process that goes along with that search. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and straight forward Mr. Willis (Mike) was to work with. There was no pushiness and everything was up front. After having my mechanic check the car over, they found a couple of minor issues (Which Mr. Willis had already identified himself, informed me of and that he was already planning to repair prior to sale). He got the minor repairs executed right away and the sale was smooth and easy. Mr. Willis also is a mechanic and know s a lot about cars- which is refreshing. Additionally, being a female, I have been to several other car dealers in the past that treat female buyers (especially when they come alone) in a way that can be described at best as ridiculous or condescending. Mr. Willis treated me with nothing but respect and courtesy. I would recommend QC Motors to anyone looking for a used car. I would definitely buy from them again.

Mike was friendly and offered help beyond anything I expected much less experienced over the couple of weeks before. The whole process went smoothly, and I now have a great Honda Civic that I am am extremely pleased with. What helped ease me into the purchase was the fact he wasn't pushy and answered any questions or concerns I had with quick, intelligent, and honest answers. He was easy to keep in touch with over the phone and through e-mail. I would not hesitate to recommend QC Motors to anyone and will check here first with the next purchase I have down the road.

my grandaughter bought her first car at qc motors a honda accord coupe a week or so later we had a problem with the car Mike took care of the problem quick & made everyone happy. would buy from again.

After trying to find a good deal from a honest salesman for weeks I finally found Mike at QC Motors, he listened to my needs and gave me some nice options. My Hybrid Civic was all that he described and will recommend to anyone. -Gupta
