I bought a Mini Cooper from here. The owners and Mike were very helpful and knowledgeable. The Mini Cooper ended up having a module issue just a few days after purchasing, but the business was loyal to the warranty and put a lot of money into the car to get it back to me! And they gave me a car to drive while I waited on this one to get fixed. Very personable and kind people. Would certainly recommend them!

A quality used car dealer
Crossroads, from my experience, is the kind of used car dealer I have thought to be extinct. It was a good pickup, low mileage for a 14-year-old vehicle and in fine cosmetic shape. The ABS was not functioning. I made its repair a condition of the sale, and the dealership owner agreed. I said if he fixed it I would pay his asking price (which was very fair), and so I also got a detailed 90-day 3,500-mile warranty we both signed. One final point: The owner started in business operating a car detailing company. He uses those skills to make his cars shine like new.

Excellent car buying experience
Purchased a car from Crossroads and everything went very smoothly. Truck was in good shape for the age and miles, even after i had a mechanic look at it. Sales staff was friendly and took care of everything without any trouble.

Love my Audi
Looked all over for my black audi a5 stick shift and could not find anything in my price range. Cross Roads made it happen. I talked to Brandon who called me a few days later said he found a perfect match for me and I love it.

Don't Trust Crossroads Auto Sales!!!
My husband and I were very interested in a Jeep Patriot this dealer was selling. The only thing was it needed some major repairs, but noone so far could figure out the problem. They did offer to lower the price and sell the car with out a warranty because of this. We drove up on a Saturday (a little over an hour drive from where we are located), and the finance person wasn't even in. So we spoke with Brandon and his wife about some more details and they said to call us first thing on Monday about our decision and that they would hold it until then. We called an hour before they opened on Monday and left a voicemail to let them know we were coming up to purchase the car that day. (We both took of from work and everything!) A few hours later, Brandon returned our call to let us know that would be ok. On our way up we called again to find out a fax number so we could provide proof of insurance and spoke to Brandon. After my husband hung up, a few minutes later we received a call from Brandon letting us know that "Oh, his wife sold the Jeep this morning and that she must've forgotten to check the voicemails." First off, reputable businesses check their voicemail. Secondly, it was a lie they they didn't get our voicemail because Brandon called back to confirm after we left it. LIES. Anyway, we were already on our way there so we decided to still go to Crossroads to see if the Jeep was still really there or not. When we got there, there was the Jeep! (I bet it was just pulled aside to make it look like it was sold!) Also, Brandon was no where to be found. What kind of owner leaves a business unattended? Obviously one that does not care very much. The only person at Crossroads was the mechanic who we spoke with and told them what happened. He called Brandon for us to double check that the Jeep was sold and Brandon confirmed it was. Then I asked the mechanic if Brandon's wife had been at the dealership today. He said NO. Brandon told us his wife sold the car that morning. How could she do that if she wasn't even there?! COMPLETE LIES. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Stay away from the games. And for Brandon and has wife--I want you to know we came prepared with $8K CASH for the Jeep. But in the long run, I guess its your loss and our gain because we found an even nicer Jeep Patriot that we paid $10K CASH for. We took it as a sign that the car was just in such bad shape that we weren't meant to purchase it anyway, and I hope anyone else looking at this car (or any other car from Crossroads)knows its not worth it! PS. I called the next day pretending to be someone else interested in the Jeep Patriot. Brandon's wife told me it was still for sale.

These customers came in 3 to 4 times to look at the Jeep. Even a family member came and put the Jeep on our lift to check it out. These customers did not have funding in place to purchase this vehicle, and could not decide if they wanted the vehicle. These customers were very confused and could not make a decision. This vehicle was sold to someone else who had the money in hand. Crossroads Auto Sales has been providing quality vehicles to all our customers for over 15 years! Please remember " The car that you looked at today and want to think about til' tomorrow might be the car that a person looked at yesterday and buys today...BUY NOW"

Great buying experience
I was shopping around for awhile for a used car and stumbled upon a few cars from this dealer. The two sales guys are really laid back and straight-forward about the cars they sell (no pushy salesmen tactics). Got a great deal on a used car and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend to anyone in the used car market!!

I WOULD BUY AGAIN FROM CROSSROADS!!
Crossroads Auto Sales made my buying experience a great one. I have bought cars before but this time it was different, I felt like a friend buying from a friend instead of being 'customer'. I was looking especially for a Volkswagen TDI 2003 or older. Crossroads had just gotten the car in and was willing to stop doing any repair/detailing to the car to help SAVE ME MONEY!! I have driven my car now for over 4000 miles and am so glad I bought it. I would definitely buy my next car from Crossroads...THEY ARE AWESOME!
