Anywhere else

Buy a vehicle literally anywhere else. The management does not return phone calls, emails or texts. If your vehicle needs to be repaired the day after you pick it up, you will still not have it back in the next month.

The used car salesman trick

Not where to even start. Purchased a vehicle which broke down the next day I purchased. Which it was minor and they did fix. However as a couple weeks went by the car litterly started to show it's TRUE colors from bolts and parts missing to the bumper cracked and peeled where it was covered up, or whoever put it back together. The salesman told me it had been in a light front bumper hit. The truth was the car was severely damaged. The engine problems persisted. I asked if they would in good faith by the car back, since it was not even close to what I was sold on. I had already paid off 6k and put 7k down. The salesman told me they would by it back for the price owed on the car and get me into something better!!! Haha they wanted me to take a 13k hit on a vehicle that was a lemon. I am still dealing with the aftermath of this vehicle today. I really truly appreciate you taking me to the cleaners on this one somerset!!!! Especially since I purchased 2 previous vehicles from you. Gotta say I wont be back and shows your character as a dealership. Oh and keep in mind the salesman just never replied when I came back with a fair deal.

Waste of my time

They let employees barow cars . So that's my experience went there to test drive and buy a car . Sales man says car is gone it's at an employee's house. Well that was enough for me I'll never buy a car from there

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that the car was not present when you came to view it. The only people that take vehicles home are the owner of the business, and the Corvette that you are referring to was taken by one of the owners to show a client that was also interested in the vehicle. We would have been more than happy to set up a new time to view it. We could have made arrangements to meet you if that would have been more convenient. Again, I am sorry that it wasn't here at that time. Thank you again for your interest.

Very disappointed

They are very unprofessional. They sell warranties that they refuse to honor. They are just out to take advantage of people that buy from them.

Thank you for your review. In response, the service contracts that we offer for sale are just like the cars we sell. They have many different options that are spelled out in the brochures that are available to you before you purchase the contract. Typically no service contract will cover maintenance issues, but they are very good about covering the items that are covered. I do not know who you are, so I don't know exactly what you are referring to, but I would be more than happy to discuss the repair that you say they would not cover. And please keep in mind that you can always cancel the service contract if you are unhappy and get a refund for the unused portion. Please contact us so we can help you with this matter. Thank you.

Awesome staff at Somerset auto! Very on top of things and extremely helpful! Great amount of used vehicles with low miles and great prices! They made buying a car a piece of cake for me! 2 thumbs up!!

Horrible experience

Worst experience EVER! Sales would promise the sun to make their sale, however, they would not hold up to their promises once the transaction was completed. If there is an issue with the vehicle make sure they fix/repair the problem prior to completing the transaction, otherwise it'll NEVER get fixed unless you plan on bringing the vehicle elsewhere for repairs.
