Great Customer Service

This is the only place I take my vehicle for service. Let you know the status of your vehicle while you are waiting. Very comfortable waiting area.

Fast and reliable service

Scheduled routine oil change and tire rotation. Was told appointment would take approximately an hour. I was out the door in exactly one hours time. Comfy waiting area with complimentary cold drinks or coffee. Friendly and professional service staff. Well worth the 30 minute drive versus my local Honda service center. Will certainly have be back for all other scheduled maintenance.

Jenna and Aaron

I was out of town and called Jenna to see if they could get me in Monday to check my rotors and radio. My steering wheel would shake when I was breaking and my radio screen would go off and back on like it was rebooting. She got me in first thing Monday. They fixed my rotor issue and did a hard reset on radio. Great service!! I had an issue with my usb as well in the arm rest and they are still determined to find out why it’s not connecting to my phone when it connects to other phones and Aaron even tried his as well. They are contacting Honda since they haven’t seen this issue and it doesn’t make any sense. Thank you all again!! Great team!!

Friendly and timely service

Aaron Moss was very friendly. Service was done in a timely fashion and Aaron called me when vehicle was ready for pickup. Service was for a safety recall on a Ridgeline.

Excellent Service

All the guys in the service department are great! They are courteous, friendly and very helpful and service was performed in an extremely timely manner.

Great service experience!

I called the service department to let them know I was running late for my appointment. Aaron took the call and said not to worry and take my time, which put my mind at ease. When I got there Aaron greeted me with a smile and a can-do attitude. My Honda was taken in for service while my wife and I relaxed in their comfortable waiting room and enjoyed complementary refreshments. I watched Aaron interact with other customers with the same enthusiasm and commitment to providing great service, and teamwork was evident throughout the service department.

Repeat Customer....... 2019 Pilot EX-L

Ken Seal once again did a fantastic job finding us the 2019 Pilot that we liked. Eventhough this was our 5th car purchased from Ken and Valley Honda he took care of us just like it was our first. He is very detail oriented and will go the extra mile to make the best deal possible. The team work at Valley Honda is amazing, from Sales to Finance to Service they can't be beat. Fantastic Service Department, Valley Honda

First, Josh Fix has been a professional and loyal to his customers and the Dealership, Valley Honda, this applies to Aaron Moss as well. I have experienced nothing less then commitment to me and my vehicle. I have been advised of services that would benefit my vehicle, never feeling pushed or hurried into a decision. I always come back because the service mechanics do an awesome job. I just had my transmission service done . I recommend Valley Honda as often as I can.
