Outstanding Customer Service! From Grant in Sales to Shawn and Mike in the Service Dept. Had vehicle serviced and that team was knowledgeable about my questions and solution options. Smiling faces and gracious hospitality, a breeze in and out!

Shawn Curl is condescending, disagreeable and rude.

Shawn Curl is condescending, disagreeable and rude. Family and I have four Chevrolet vehicles and each of us have been through the service center in Springdale. Shawn has been on staff for several years with this service department, but we do not understand how he maintains his position. Steve Coin must not have other available options.

Nick was great.

Nick was great. He helped me get a 22 GMC Canyon. I am very slow and methodical in purchasing, and very picky, and he communicated with me enough, but not too much, to get me a truck.
