JH Sanders

No one answers the phone or returns e-mails. When you do reach someone they're rude and uninformed. IMO JH Sanders has forgotten who they work for. I would not recommend them even if the price is lower than another facility especially knowing service may be needed. -1

I went to see a truck and drove from south side of fresno and no one came out to help me. I looked at the truck but couldn't open it. No one was around to ask.

We have bought two trucks and a trailer from JH SAnders in the last few years. I won't shop another dealership. They do all the service on our trailer and do a fantastic job. They go above and beyond to get you up and back on the road as quickly as possible. Everytime I go in there I am greeted like I am family. We will be getting another trailer soon. And it will absolutely be from JH Sanders.

Bought a brand new trailer had issues that came from the manufacturer not the dealer JH sanders went over and beyond to make it right ! Will definitely buy my next trailer from them great people and awesome service !!

Bought a hotshot trailer price was the cheapest around did everything over phone and email since I was 2 hours away showed up to sign papers and pick up trailer didn't even take a hour. That's the way buying should be. Scott M

I had lost a car in an accident. We tried going to a few dealerships in San Jose, no car salesmen would listen to what we wanted and how much we were able to pay. So we contacted a Car Broker in Madera from JH Sanders. Bill Crews listened to what we really wanted and what we could afford to pay. He didn't try talking us into something more expensive that we wouldn't be able to afford the payments on. I had the best car buying experience ever. I will never go back to a noraml dealership. From now on I call Bill Crews and tell him what I want and what i'm willing to pay price wise. He will take care of the rest. It's the least stressful car buying experience ever. I Highly recomend giving them a call!

I have bought 2 cars from JH Sanders. Both times I worked with Bill. My wife is very picky and Bill was patient to work with us to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted. My last dealership experience (Ford Store of Morgan Hill) was terrible. Very Pushy sales people and they were just trying to get me to buy anything on their lot. Bill wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything out of my budget and actually seemed to care about what we were looking for. That why I went back to him a second time. I highly recommend going to JH SANDERS for your next vehicle purchase.

My husband, myself, and my 3 small children (ages 6 yrs, 3 yrs, and 18 months)went out to look at and test drive a minivan. We were pleased the minivan was as good as advertised and was a great price. The salesman Bill was pleasant and positive to talk to and work with. He was very patient, and kind to us and our children. It was wonderful to work directly with Bill, and not have a salesman running off to talk to his "mystery boss" over and over. After many negative experiences other places, we highly recommend Bill and J.H. Sanders for automobile shopping.
