I really enjoyed the buying experience on Day 1 with Russ

I really enjoyed the buying experience on Day 1 with Russ Meyer. Informational, no pressure. After I bought my Ridgeline, Honda decided I needed a new windshield, which was nice. I was told it would be done the 8th/9th day after purchase. When those days came & went, I had to contact Honda to find out what was up. I was then told it would be another 5 days! Obviously I was not happy to wait 2 weeks after purchase to get the vehicle & communication was ALL initiated by me. When I received the vehicle, upon further review, the truck bed & trunk were not totally clean. My initial day review of Honda was great on the buying side. Financing with Scott was great. The next 2 weeks I did not feel like a priority.
