Satisfied and found my earring
I heard a sound as I accelerate it and I thought maybe there was something wrong with the clutch again. Brought the car in to be tested. Mark it rolls for gave us a loaner car because he said it was probably going to take about a week. Our car was tested and yes once again for the third time we needed a new clutch. Not too happy that this is the 3rd clutch that's been put in the 2016 Ford Focus. They were able to fix it and they did find an earring that I thought was lost. Thanks to Amanda and Mark they were great customer service. Mark gave me the 1-800 number to Ford to see if there's anything they can do since this was the third time my clutch was replaced. Unfortunately they were unable to do anything. Not too happy about it it's a brand new car and too many problems and too many clutches replaced too for a car that's only 2 years old

Dan Szuszwalak is Wonderful!
Everyone at this dealership was so nice and wonderful to work with. I’ve heard bad stories about people trying to buy a car and getting that horrible salesman experience where they didn’t care about anything but just selling you a car. Dan Szuszwalak only cared about our happiness. He wasn’t just selling a car, he wanted to make sure we were happy with or without a car. He entire process was great and as a first time car purchase I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised and very happy! Dan’s customer service skills are top notch. Everyone we worked with didn’t rush us even though we stayed past closing time. The finance department with Juan (sorry maybe Jose) was wonderful and did a great job explaining everything. Overall I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to come to this dealership. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I found my truck online thru Auto Navigator. Contacted dealership and talked with Bruce. He was prompt in getting the info I requested. They had the truck ready for me to drive when I got there. The entire buying process went smooth, the numbers were not confusing and we didn't need to haggle. As long as the new/used 2017 truck I bought turns out to be a lemon, I am definatley going to be back to refresh my work fleet.
