Went in looking for a nice car for my brand new sales position--because you gotta look good pulling up to your next appointment! My credit...so-so. They worked with me. Mr. Beurge (spelling) and the rest of the gang were THE BEST. They made it EASY and didn't make me wait for ten hours while they searched for a finance company that would fit. They are well versed in their trade. I wound up with a 2016 White, super-clean (like new) BMW 328i. They gave me a great trade in price for my 1999 Toyota 4-Runner also. So....before you pull the trigger on a new or pre-owned car...make sure you swing by this place beforehand.

By far the best dealership ive been to. They are very friendly and professional. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and enjoying my new car! I will defiantly recommend anyone that needs a quality car

Came in looking for a large 3 row suv knowing I most likely wouldn't qualify. Over the phone they said just come in, we can't sell a car over the phone. I thought it was a sales tactic but once I came in, Art showed me the cars and options I have, Eddie the manager did the rest. I didn't think I would qualify, let alone a nice Suburban like the one I bought! Great service. When they say go in for the best deal you should go in! Thanks Art and Eddie!

They have great selection of nice cars. All cars are like new. And a great service, friendly stuff. They do everything to make the process easy. Will recommend this place to everyone with a great pleasure

I got cheated real bad. They swindled me and sold me a vehicle that was complete trash. They fit the dealer stereotype to a T.

Was completely ripped off. Bought an Infiniti G37 that was not at all as described or pictured. The car has turned off on me twice already. When I originally inquired about the car to a specified mobile number via text, salesman never got back to me. It was only until I already bought the car (2 hours later) he gets back to me and quotes me a much lower price than what Orlando, the sales manager (a total snake), did. He will try and build rapport with you by talking about his family and try to get all personal, leading you to believe he's giving you a great deal, but it's all show and all money for him. When I brought it up to him (literally 2 hours off the lot) that one of his sales reps quoted me a much lower price, he said "Too bad, the contract is already signed and you didn't want to pay the $250 for return rights". This after posing as a sincere loving family man... He's the definition of a used-car salesman, and I highly recommend you ahop elsewhere. My car is currently being checked out by my mechanic to see what is wrong with it.

These guys are simply AMAZING!!! Let me tell you why: 1. They have an AMAZING inventory. As I noticed they had cars for a wide price range, from cheapie ones to really expensive cars. But all of them were amazingly clean and looked very sharp. 2. They have AMAZING people working there. Jack greated me and showed my (it?s mine already) car. Very nice guy. I talked to Eddie and Ed (sorry guys if I mix up your names). One of them was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the other one just made an impossible deal for me. The finance guy was very nice as well and made the paper signing process smooth and easy. I met a lot of their crue members and I felt like I?m among my friends. There was a period when we were making jokes and laughing all together at the main office. 3. Overall I had an AMAZING experience with them. I can?t remember all the details but the overall impression is very very positive. And all this happened on the Halloween day so I drove to a party with my new car. I still enjoy driving it. I just love it. I will recommend this dealer without hesitation. Go there if you want good deals and best cars out there. Thanks to my aunt who recommended this place. Five Stars to Car Stars! :-)

We are overall happy with our experience. My wife and I saw this vehicle on craigslist and called to see if it was still available. I spoke with a salesperson and we talked about how I was coming from Bakersfield and how I may not be able to go to the dealership until the weekend. Through out the week I got a few calls back from them to ask if I was coming to see it today- at this point I was kinda worried that this might be a high pressure low class dealership... but since it was a good price for the vehicle I was looking for we decided to give it a shot. After fighting L.A. traffic for 2 hours we got to the dealership and thought NO FREAKIN WAY! it was small, lack luster, and with all the traffic difficult to turn into, But hey we came all this way so there is no turning back now. I soon as we parked and took in the available vehicles our doubts began to fade away. This dealership had a great selection of clean quality vehicles, from luxury SUV to sports cars to economical sedans. It took us a minute to find the salesperson we spoke with over the phone mostly because we could not see the sales office from where we parked, but after we did it was nothing but friendly, courteous, professional treatment. Our sales person Danny was awesome. We had already been to a few other dealerships closer to home that day and the way Danny treated us and his knowledge of the vehicle and the way Car Star conducts business was head and shoulders above any other used car dealership we visited in the past month or so. After meeting our salesperson and being briefed on how Car Star selects which vehicles they sell and how they test and verify every switch, button, nook and cranny before it is put out on the sales lot all doubts and reservations about the dealership was gone. Do not judge this book by its cover what the location lacks in luxury or curb appeal it makes up for in selection, value, and most of all customer service. Yes we would recommend this dealership to friends and family because its worth the drive. Now you may be asking why did we leave 4 stars in overall rather then 5? well it wasn't the biggest deal nor was it a deal breaker but we believe in being honest- we did not enjoy our interaction with the finance person. Not sure if its just his personality or the fact that we opted-out of the extended warranty that he offered, but he didn't exactly make me or my wife feel real comfortable, again not sure what it was but there was just something about the way he talked to us.... Just saying... other then that if this place has a vehicle your interested in, for sure check it out!
