Lexington Motors

We were in the market for a slightly used cross-over or small SUV. After looking at the Des Moines Toyota and Nissan dealers, we started shopping for deals on the Internet. That's where we found the 2010 Nissan Rogue listed by Lexington Motors. We took a 2.5 hour trip to Marion, IA on a Saturday and it was well worth the time. Daryl dedicated his time to us and helped us compare a few different models inside and out. We got what we thought was a very reasonable deal on the loaded Rogue before leaving to check out one more car (a Venza) at a Toyota dealer in Cedar Falls. That car got sold as we showed up, so their Rogue was the best deal we found in the state. Once again, Daryl was extremely easy to work with. We mailed a deposit and made another trip this past weekend to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Everything had been prepped and ready for us. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I've purchased two dozen new cars and half a dozen used cars, and this was the most pleasent buying experience I've had. Many thanks.

I hate used car lots but Lexington definitely sets itself apart. They really make you feel like you own the place while you're shopping, and the window stickers are right in line with what you could only hope to knock one of "the big guys" down to. Daryl delivered my license plates and registration to me when they came in. Talk about service! Don't be fooled by those obnoxious radio commercials. Head to Lexington and see what a privately owned small town dealership is supposed to be like.

I HATE car shopping. There's always too much pressure to buy, you aren't allowed any time to think and they usually don't want you to arrange your own financing or get your own Carfax OR get anyone's opinion on the vehicle you're looking at. Thankfully, I was directed to LMC by my lender (yes, I called them first.) Everyone at LMC was friendly and I didn't feel pressured into buying. They pretty much let me look around and let the car I bought sell itself. They also gave me a very fair deal on my trade in. Hopefully I won't need to car shop again for a very long while, but LMC will be the first place I go when it's time to buy again.
