Excellent customer-focused service and very knowledgeable

Excellent customer-focused service and very knowledgeable salespeople. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and we will likely purchase our next one from said dealership. Brent Mesher was so helpful from beginning to end of the process.

Alan Angal did a great job.

Alan Angal did a great job. As we all know, it's never fun sitting at a dealership for half the day. I knew exactly the car I was coming to buy, so it was pretty easy for him He was kind enough to sit with me through the process and engage in meaningful conversation. Then again, maybe he was just making sure that I didn't leave the lot while debating with finance as they tried to push extras on me that were already included with the price listed. Either way, very kind man and smooth process. Can't go wrong with an S580. Thanks!!

After calling within warranty period when our Sprinter

After calling within warranty period when our Sprinter lost power, was bucking, shifting roughly or not at all, and displayed one or more check engine lights on the dashboard, Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville Service Department told us to wait several days to bring in our van, which pushed us out of the warranty period. Now they say "you need a new transmission", and "your warranty expired”. We’re still awaiting Mercedes-Benz USA Customer Care Center’s response to our lawyer’s letter sent September 4, October 3, and October 6. Horrible business practices! Is this the right way to treat a customer?
