Timbrook had a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted and was hard to find. I called and asked Jim Vanmeter to hold the vehicle for me until I had time to travel from my home in New York to their dealership in Maryland, a distance of some 350 miles. He said no problem and gave me his word. Three days later the vehicle was ready when I arrived and was exactly what I wanted. Jim gave my wife and me a great test drive experience. All other aspects of the sale were quickly handled, and we were on our way home with the truck. I would recommend Timbrook to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They were experienced and courteous.

Had taken truck in last week for oil change and check engine light on, however, engine light was off when taking truck in. Engine light came back on March 3rd took vehicle to dealer to have them check engine light, they ended up taking truck in, without an appointment, provided a loaner vehicle. Issue was with DEF and its tank which was replaced. Work was covered under warranty, good deal.
