I bought a car a few months ago to Mr.

I bought a car a few months ago to Mr. Frank Merino. The dealership is excellent and has a nice variety of deals to give to the clients. Mr. Merino has sold me two cars so far and I would definitely recommend him to get a good deal.

And always answers our call with questions about the cars. He’s helped us buy and trade with the expert guidance he provides always with a smile. We literally would never buy a car anywhere else. When something needs fixing or maintainable he’s always right there to help. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us through all the difficult decisions. He is a GURU of anything to do with cars but especially Mercedes. Do not pass go do not collect $200 get yourself a monopoly and win free parking!! I contacted this dealer through Autotrader.

I contacted this dealer through Autotrader. Initial response was quick and replied quick. I called to talk to sales and the salesperson I spoke with was somewhat rude, standoff-ish and offered incorrect information. I'd pass this dealership. Being part of Penske with dealers nationwide you would think they would be responsive and knowledgeable.
